The Florida Car Cleaning Council, a vehicle detailers organization, states that 88% of detailers state that the Bugs Off Pads are the most effective product for both removing insect and bug residue from all surfaces of a vehicle.  They state they prefer them to chemical removers because you cannot use the chemicals on glass or plastic, while the Bugs Off Pads may be used on the entire vehicle.
